11 Mo. Warranty Inspection
A comprehensive inspection performed before the builder’s one-year warranty expires. We document defects and developing concerns so they can be addressed while warranty coverage may still apply.

A follow-up visit to review specific items identified during a previous Audette inspection. We document their visible condition after repairs or corrections have been completed.
